Terms of use

By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to the listing rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 to have an account, and 18 or older to post a vehicle, a job or a service. You must give accurate sign-up information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You keep ownership of your photos and words. You give CompraPostea permission to display them in the app, resize them for devices, and show them in search results and previews — nothing more.

You confirm that you own or are allowed to sell what you list, that your photos are of the actual item, and that your description is honest.

This is not a place for anything illegal, unsafe, stolen or counterfeit. The listing rules set out the categories that are removed; posting them can close your account.

CompraPostea does not take part in the sale, does not hold money, does not ship anything, and does not guarantee that an item exists, is as described, or that a buyer will pay.

Payments are made directly between members, offline. Never send a deposit, a wire transfer, gift cards or crypto to someone you have not verified, and never share verification codes.

Because we are not a party to the deal, we cannot refund a payment or force a return. We can remove a listing, suspend an account, and keep the evidence you report.

Moderators can remove, hide, pause or mark listings sold, hide posts and comments, and suspend or reinstate accounts. Every decision names the reason and is recorded in a moderation log with the administrator who made it.

Suspended accounts can still sign in to see their standing and submit an appeal, but cannot post, comment, list or message while suspended.

Appeals are reviewed by a person. If an appeal is granted, the suspension is lifted; if it is upheld, the note explaining why stays on the record.

Posting listings is free today. If we introduce paid placements or dealership plans, the price and terms will be shown before you agree to them, and nothing already posted will start costing money without your consent.

CompraPostea does not process payments for listings, so we never charge a buyer or seller commission on a sale.

Breaking these rules can lead to removed content, a suspension, or a closed account.

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or publishing another person's private information.
• Spam, duplicate listings, fake reviews, or impersonating a person, dealership or CompraPostea itself.
• Scraping the site, automated posting, or attempts to access accounts, records or admin tools you are not allowed to use.
• Scam patterns: overpayment offers, deposit-first demands, off-platform payment requests, and “holding fee” language.

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not verify every listing.

To the extent the law allows, CompraPostea is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from a deal between members. Nothing here limits rights you have under Texas consumer law that cannot be waived.

You agree to cover us for claims that come from content you posted in breach of these terms or of someone else's rights.

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you the reason.

If these terms change materially, we update this page and its date and tell signed-in members in the app. Continuing to use CompraPostea after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions about them can be raised from your account so we can match the request to you.
